We use Star Track over night express service, some areas are not available for overnight shipping. Visit www.startrack.com.au and "Calculate Transit Time" to check if you are in overnight area. Pick service option as "Fixed Price Premium". If your arrival date is 1 day after departure, then you can receive overnight. If not, then unfortunately you are not in a serviceable area at this time. Given the potential for delays to a delivery we only ship Tuesday and Wednesday. Most areas are overnight but there are some regional exceptions which may take 2 days.
No Shipping to WA
All corals are shipped in Polystyrene boxes and double bagged with insulation to ensure no leakage. heat packs are added for extra charge when required.
Please provide a contact number and active email address when ordering so the courier can make contact just in case there are any issues.
Within 1 hour of first delivery attempt a picture of dead coral in sealed shipping bag must be received by pm to the facebook page. Replacement of coral or credit will be issued at sellers discretion. NO REFUNDS!
If replacement coral is available buyer is responsible for shipping costs. We are Not responsible for couriers shipping delays. any"freebie" corals are excluded from DOA policy.
